Sales are final. No returns, exchanges, credits or refunds.
If the customer is unable to receive his order within a reasonable time, storage costs may be applied.
Before completing your order, it is recommended to validate everything with a representative from Imago Structures.
Shipping Policy
For any purchase made on the Imago Structures website you must plan a period of 8 weeks of production time (40 working days from the moment we receive payment). The 8-week period could be extended due to a lack of information provided by the client in relation to his project. Although the manufacturing of your Imago product may be completed, transit times may vary due to reasons beyond our control such as holidays, vacations, weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control.
The reception of goods must be made by a professional when it is a question of a weight exceeding the regular capacities of transport and loading. It is possible that the transport refuses the delivery if the indicated conditions are not respected. The delivery of the goods must be made in a place accessible to the carrier. It is recommended to be at least two people able to force in order to unload the goods.
It is possible to pick up the goods directly at our warehouse. However, it is necessary to communicate with Imago Structures in order to plan the collection as well as to validate the equipment necessary for the transport of the goods. In the event that the customer does not respect the recommendations issued by Imago Structures, we reserve the right to refuse the loading of your goods.
Goods inspection
It is your responsibility to check that your merchandise is in good condition upon delivery. If the damage is not indicated upon receipt of the goods, it will not be possible to obtain compensation. Know that we strive to handle the goods well and to optimize handling so that the product is impeccable on arrival. Do not sign a packing slip if you are unsure of the condition of the package. If so, contact our customer service department immediately. If you discover damage not visible upon delivery after you have accepted the goods, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service department at the number listed below.

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, then Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalized, the information relating to the purchase transaction is deleted. All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our store and its service providers.

This website is designed to take all necessary precautions to protect user information. When the user submits confidential information on the site, the information is protected, whether online or not. We do our best to protect user information.
